Why this book list?

I deliver a lot of training and presentations.  My sessions are almost always influenced by the wisdom of others - ideas and knowledge developed through experience.  I try to give credit where it is due and typically mention books and authors who have shaped me personally and professionally.  Invariably, someone asks, "Can you give me a list of recommended books."  So, I created this page. It is A list, not THE list. Other than the fact that I've read them and learned from them, there is no guiding principle for what titles make the list. Not everything I've read is on the list.  I'll add more as I come across them on my shelf, pick them up at their airport, or have them dropped at my doorstep.  I hope you find some of the titles useful.  I welcome your suggestions.  The links will take you to specific book pages on Amazon.  Thanks, Phil
